Your profile and posts must accurately represent you.
All uploaded images must include you; nudity, sexually explicit, or suggestive content is strictly prohibited.
Impersonation or representing any person other than yourself is not permitted.

You must act lawfully, respectfully, and responsibly.
Unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or unethical conduct is grounds for permanent suspension.

3.5 Kindness & Respect

3.6 Fun & Creativity

We encourage positive, uplifting connections. Use em·brace to create, collaborate, and enjoy — responsibly.

Any breach of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination of your account and permanent denial of access.

4. User Responsibilities

By using em·brace, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for your content, behavior, and communications on and off the Platform.
You will not use the Platform to harm, defraud, or harass others.
You will not upload or transmit malware, spam, or any content that could disrupt the Platform’s operation.
You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

Em·brace does not monitor private communications but reserves the right to review messages or accounts for compliance and safety purposes.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use em·brace for illegal, harmful, or exploitative purposes;
Collect or store data from other users without consent;
Interfere with the Platform’s security, servers, or systems;
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of em·brace;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization;
Post, share, or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights of others.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent suspension and potential legal action.

Em·brace does not provide access to emergency services.
If you are in danger or require immediate assistance, contact emergency services (e.g., 911 in the U.S.).
Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, and materials available on em·brace are the exclusive property of em·brace or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content from the Platform without prior written consent.

By posting or uploading content, you grant em·brace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your content solely for the operation and promotion of the Platform.

8. Termination and Enforcement

Em·bracee may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the Platform at any time without notice if:

We are not required to disclose the reason for termination or retain your data after account deletion.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County, NY.
